THE SCENE, EXPLAINED
Coffee Fail AI Template: Choose Your Kitchen Duo
Two characters, one coffee routine and a counter that gets most of the ingredients. Here is how to choose a scene and cast its two roles.
What is a Coffee Fail AI template?
Each template gives the generator a prepared kitchen scene and action. You choose the cast using two photos; the generator creates a personalized video around the selected scene. There is no video project to download or edit.
The familiar joke is a routine that goes wrong: coffee misses the mug, then a pour adds to the mess. The example gives you a sense of the scene, but AI-generated faces, movement and timing can vary.
What stays and what changes?
The selected preset supplies its kitchen setting, visual directions and coffee-making gag. Each template has an example you can play to see the scene and hear its soundtrack. The final video uses the selected template’s original audio.
You choose the template, the two photos and the output quality. The generator uses the photos as references for the characters; it does not promise an exact copy of a face, outfit, pose or every movement in the example.
The kitchen scene, beat by beat
In the kitchen example, the pair begin at the counter with a mug and coffee equipment. The coffee maker misses the mug with the spoon; the milk pourer then adds the bigger spill. The timing and details of a personalized generation can vary.
Pick a template for your cast

Turn a shared morning routine into a kitchen comedy with two portraits.
“I can make coffee”
For the person who volunteers to make breakfast and the partner who joins the attempt.
Best friends, worst baristas
Cast two friends in a bright kitchen for a playful group-chat reveal.

Two roles, two photo slots
The Coffee maker is on the right with the spoon. The Milk pourer is on the left with the kettle and jug. Assign one clear photo to each slot; you can use the same permitted photo twice if you want the same person or pet in both roles.
Use a well-lit, sharp image with one adult or pet per photo. Keep faces unobstructed; for pets, include their eyes, muzzle and distinguishing markings. Each image must be JPG, PNG or WebP, under 10 MB, with dimensions from 301 to 5,999 pixels per side and an aspect ratio between 2:5 and 5:2.
Preview, generate and download
Play a template example with sound, select “Use this template” and add both photos. Choose 480p or 720p, sign in, confirm permission to animate the photos and submit. Personalized videos are 15-second vertical MP4s with the chosen template’s original soundtrack.
A 480p render costs 100 credits; 720p costs 150 credits and requires an eligible $9.90-or-higher purchase. The example is free to watch, while personalized renders use credits. Read the complete walkthrough for the steps and photo tips.
