This policy explains how AI Coffee Fail processes information when you use the coffee video studio.

What we collect

We process your account name and email, photos you upload, video tasks and results, credit and order records, and technical information needed for authentication, abuse prevention and service operation. Self-hosted Minilytics measures page visits, button usage, signups and revenue attribution. After sign-in, visits are linked with your account ID, email and name. Card details are entered directly with Stripe.

Who processes it

The service uses Cloudflare for hosting, storage and email delivery, Stripe for payments, Google when you choose Google sign-in, and Yir and its upstream model providers for AI generation. Generation requires sending your selected photos and creative instructions to the model provider. We do not sell your photos or personal information.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos and generated videos remain stored so you can resume tasks and download results. There is currently no promised automatic deletion interval. Contact support to request deletion. Account and billing records may be retained for fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations; provider retention policies also apply.

Cookies

We use first-party session cookies, a device identifier for abuse prevention, and attribution storage. Minilytics uses first-party visitor and session cookies, which are attached to checkout metadata to attribute revenue. Google sign-in and payment providers may use their own cookies when you use those services. Browser storage keeps your selected template and upload references for checkout recovery.

Your choices

Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your data. Only adults may create an account. Do not upload another person without their permission or use children’s photos in this service.
