Sending a notice

Include your contact details and signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL or job reference of the material, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder. We review sufficiently detailed notices and may restrict access while investigating.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed in error, contact support with the removed material reference, your contact details and signature, an explanation of the mistake, and the statements and jurisdiction consent required by applicable law. We may forward the counter-notice to the claimant and restore material where legally appropriate.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe others’ rights. We also accept reports about privacy, likeness and other misuse through the same support address.
