These terms apply when you use AI Coffee Fail. Contact support with questions before purchasing.

What the service is

The studio creates fictional 15-second coffee comedy videos from adult or pet photos using AI. Outputs vary in likeness, motion and timing. Effect examples show the template choreography and soundtrack. Personalized output can differ from the example.

Your content

Only upload photos you own or have explicit permission to animate. Do not upload minors, celebrities or public figures, or create illegal, abusive, deceptive or non-consensual material. Keep AI content clearly identified; do not present a fictional event as real. You retain rights in your uploads and grant the processing permission needed to provide the service. You are responsible for rights needed to share an output.

Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time USD purchases and do not renew. Purchased credits do not expire and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. A 15-second 480p video costs 100 credits; 720p costs 150. The $6.99 pack only supports 480p. A valid, unrefunded $9.90-or-higher pack unlocks 720p. Refunds or disputes may revoke credits and HD access. The account can spend credits at either enabled resolution. We add no site watermark to generated downloads. See /refunds for refund terms.

No warranty

AI results are provided as generated, subject to applicable consumer law. We do not guarantee exact identity, perfect anatomy, reference timing or commercial results. A successful render uses credits even when its aesthetics differ from your expectations. Export processing may need retrying. We may suspend misuse and update these terms with a new effective date. Nothing excludes rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
